Pepe Pomares joins Grupo Unifema as Project Advisor. This appointment reinforces something we have believed for years: technology only creates value when the people who use it understand it, adopt it and make it their own.
Who is Pepe Pomares
José Félix Pomares, Pepe to everyone who works with him, holds a law degree and has more than 30 years of experience as a consultant, trainer and speaker in leadership skills, business management and professional ethics. Throughout his career he has worked with over 1,200 companies in Spain and internationally, and has lectured at ESIC Business & Marketing School, Santander Business School, the Catholic University of Murcia (UCAM), Adecco Training and his own executive school.
He is a member of the International Chamber of Speakers, has served as an external board advisor to several companies, has taken part in international projects such as INFEBEX and ACOCEX, and has founded and served as vice-president of Chambers of Commerce in Europe and South America. With more than 500 published articles and his own educational channel, Pepe has spent decades helping managers and teams move from compliance to commitment.

What he will bring to Grupo Unifema
At Grupo Unifema we build custom software, implement the Gestinity ERP and help companies across Spain digitise their management. Experience has taught us that the success of a technology project is not decided in the code, but in the office, the warehouse or the shop where the team has to use it every day. That is where Pepe comes in. His role will be to support our clients on the human side of digital transformation: the side that turns a well-built tool into a well-used one.
