2. Description of Services
Grupo Unifema provides technology services to businesses, including custom software development, ERP solutions, online stores, cloud solutions and technology consulting.
As part of its digital communication activities, Grupo Unifema uses automated social media publishing tools that may integrate with platforms such as TikTok, Facebook and Instagram via their official APIs. These integrations enable the automated publication of corporate content on Grupo Unifema's official accounts.
3. TikTok Integration
Grupo Unifema uses the TikTok Content Posting API to automatically publish videos on Grupo Unifema's official TikTok account. This integration:
- Only acts on the official Grupo Unifema account, following express authorisation through TikTok's OAuth flow.
- Uses the video.publish scope exclusively to post corporate content directly to the authorised TikTok profile.
- Uses the user.info.basic scope solely to verify the identity of the authorised TikTok user (open ID, display name).
- Does not access third-party accounts or collect data from TikTok users outside the integration.
- Does not store access tokens beyond the time required to complete the publishing operation.
4. User Obligations
The user agrees to:
- Use Grupo Unifema's services in accordance with the law, morality and public order.
- Not use the services for unlawful purposes or in ways that infringe third-party rights.
- Provide truthful information in any form or communication with Grupo Unifema.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos and materials published under the Grupo Unifema brand are the property of ALENA EASY CLOUD SL or of third parties who have authorised their use. Total or partial reproduction without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
Grupo Unifema shall not be liable for damages arising from interruptions in third-party services (including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram or other platforms), changes to their APIs, or force majeure events.
7. Amendments
Grupo Unifema reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be published on this page with the updated date.
8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.
