Workflow
The operator enters the opening float. The system logs the time, user and opening amount for the end-of-day reconciliation.
Barcode scanner or quick search. Each item is added to the ticket; the system applies the customer's price lists and discounts automatically.
Select payment method, automatic cash change calculation, receipt printing and real-time stock deduction.
Cash withdrawals, change top-ups and movements logged. The manager can check the till status at any point during the day.
At the end of the shift, the system generates the closing report with a breakdown by payment method, the day's sales and the expected cash in the till. Data flows automatically to accounting.
