2. Personal Data We Process

Grupo Unifema may process the following categories of personal data:

  • Identification data: name, surname, company.
  • Contact data: email address, phone number.
  • Browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent (via analytical cookies, with your consent).
  • Data voluntarily provided through the contact form or via email communications.

3. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing

a) Handling enquiries and information requests

We process your data to respond to enquiries submitted via the contact form or by email. The legal basis is the consent of the data subject (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and, where applicable, pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

b) Managing the contractual relationship

Where a contractual relationship exists, we process the data necessary for the provision of the contracted services. The legal basis is the performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

c) Sending commercial communications

With your express consent, we may send you information about our products and services. The legal basis is the consent of the data subject (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@grupounifema.com.

d) Compliance with legal obligations

We may process your data when necessary for compliance with an applicable legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).

4. Data Retention

Personal data will be retained for the time strictly necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and, in any case, for the periods established by law. In the case of data provided through the contact form without a contractual relationship being formalised, the data will be retained for a maximum period of 2 years from the last communication.

5. Recipients of Data

As a general rule, Grupo Unifema does not transfer or disclose your personal data to third parties, except in the following cases:

  • When there is a legal obligation requiring such disclosure.
  • To technology service providers (data processors) who act under our instructions and with whom we have signed the corresponding data processing agreement.
  • To competent public authorities when required by law.

We do not carry out international transfers of data outside the European Economic Area, unless strictly necessary and with adequate safeguards in accordance with the GDPR.

In accordance with applicable regulations, you may exercise the following rights at any time:

7. Data Security

Grupo Unifema has adopted the technical and organisational measures necessary to ensure the security of your personal data and prevent its alteration, loss, processing or unauthorised access, taking into account the state of the art, the nature of the stored data and the risks to which it is exposed, in accordance with the GDPR.

8. TikTok Integration

Grupo Unifema uses the official TikTok API (Content Posting API) to automatically publish corporate content on Grupo Unifema's official TikTok account. As part of this integration, Grupo Unifema accesses the following data:

  • user.info.basic: TikTok unique user identifier (open ID) and display name, used solely to verify the identity of the holder of the authorised account.
  • video.publish: permission to publish videos directly on the authorised TikTok profile. No data from other users is accessed, and no content is published on third-party accounts.

Grupo Unifema does not store TikTok access tokens beyond the time strictly necessary to complete the publishing operation, and does not share any data obtained from TikTok with third parties.

9. Minors

Our services are not directed to persons under the age of 14. Grupo Unifema does not knowingly collect data from minors. If you become aware that a minor has provided us with personal data, please notify us at info@grupounifema.com so that we can proceed with its deletion.

10. Privacy Policy Updates

Grupo Unifema reserves the right to amend this privacy policy to adapt it to legislative or case-law changes. In such cases, we will announce the changes on this page with sufficient notice. We recommend that you review this policy periodically.
