Yes. The portal integrates with the leading payroll packages (A3, Meta4, Nominaplus, Sage, Holded...) and with the Gestinity ERP. Approved absence and holiday data syncs automatically.

Yes. HR uploads payslips monthly and employees view and download them from their private area. Contracts, addendums and any other employment document the employee should have access to can also be uploaded.

An approval chain is configured by department or site. The direct manager approves first, and if there are multiple hierarchical levels, the request moves up automatically. The system also checks for overlaps to ensure minimum team coverage.

Yes. All communication is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS. Documents are stored on secure servers within the EU, with access strictly restricted to the employee and authorised HR profiles. Fully GDPR compliant.
